The program is trauma informed for the woman navigating the aftermath of trauma, abuse, betrayal, or abandonment. But it’s also for the woman who has lost herself in caring for others, or the woman feeling she “should” feel grateful and content but desperately wants more! This intensive program is designed to support you in reconnecting with your true self and living authentically for you!

I’m the walking embodiment of PERMISSION! I will not tell you who to be, instead I will teach you the simple concept that reset my brain and gave me permission to be exactly as I am. Instead of bypassing what’s happening on the inside, I hold space and give you permission to go towards it. Our bodies are our greatest teachers, together we will uncover what yours is trying to tell you. These coaching sessions are a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your true self and embrace your unique strengths.
